Trochus
Shells must be accompanied by a Health Certificate
issued by the competent
authority of the exporting country
The Health Certificate
shall be endorsed "Trochus Shells in
this
consignment have been
inspected within seven days prior to
export and show no signs
of clinical infectious disease or pests
and were sourced from
populations not associated with any
significant disease or
pest within the previous 3 months"
In
addition an endorsement stating "The
Trochus Shells have not
been kept in water
in common with farmed fish, and the water
used for transportation
contains no contamination, and is non-
static and clear"
Trochus
Shells must be shipped in non-spill containers.
Subject
to normal Quarantine checks on arrival
to determine entry
status.
